Module 4
Finding Real Job Leads
Where to look, how to search locally, and how to set job alerts.
Search terms that work
Try: "medical courier", "specimen courier", "lab courier", "patient service courier", "pharmacy delivery driver", "hospital courier", "route service representative", "medical logistics driver".
Add your city or ZIP code, and filter by "posted in last 7 days".
Set up job alerts
On Indeed, LinkedIn, and company career sites, run your search, then click "Create job alert" or "Save search". Choose daily emails.
Set alerts with 3–4 different search terms — companies use different titles for the same job.
Use the Resource Directory
Our Jobs directory lists official career pages for national healthcare and courier employers, plus ready-made search links. We list career pages rather than individual openings because postings change daily; we could not verify specific openings that would still be live when you read this.
What you should know
- Use multiple job titles.
- Alerts beat checking manually.
- Official career pages are the most reliable source.
Actions to take
- Set 3 job alerts today.
- Bookmark 5 career pages from the directory.
- Log every lead in the tracker.
